Our Lender Joel made himself available pretty much any time we had a question. It was a year long process for us, yes it was on the long side but we found a home we love!

The only demerit I would say is there were times when communication wasn't the greatest. Unless they were calling you it was VERY hard to get a person on the phone. I don't like endless emails when a quick phone call can do, that is something I think they can improve on.

Overall very satisfied and fully intend to work with them again in the future! read less
