Mortgage Underwriter
The mortgage loan underwriter carries a lot of responsibility and must have excellent decision making and communication skills. The Mortgage Loan Underwriter will decision the loan after careful review of the facts, figures, and guidelines. An employee in this position will be able to review conventional loan products as well as FHA and VA.
Job Requirements
· Must have active DE and VA automatic
· Must have working knowledge or the ability to learn all operating systems
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must have excellent organization and time management skills, including the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
· Must have the ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
· 4 years’ experience required.
Mortgage Loan Processor
We are seeking full-time Mortgage Loan Processors who:
· Have 2-5 years’ experience with FHA, VA & Conventional loans
· Can maintain a constant pipeline of 20-25 loans
· Have working knowledge of, or the ability to learn all operating systems
· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Display strong organization and time management skills
· Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Production Assistant
We are seeking an entry-level Production Assistant. The Production Assistant provides administrative and other support to assist in loan production, making the position an important one on the Ideal Home Loans team as they ensure efficiency and help streamline processes.
